Challenge
- The 107th Indian Science Congress, held from January 3-7, 2020, was a high-profile event inaugurated by Honorable Prime Minister Narendra Modi. The task involved branding the entire city of Bangalore with hoardings, banners, and signages, along with branding the expansive GKVK campus, the event’s venue. The challenge was not only the scale and magnitude of the project but also the need to ensure design consistency across multiple formats and locations.
- Coordinating approvals was another significant challenge. Designs had to be reviewed and approved by department heads, professors, and MDs. Additionally, every design and content piece required clearance from the Prime Minister's Office (PMO), ensuring adherence to strict protocols. The project demanded exceptional time management, as missing deadlines would have meant losing credibility. Our team had to deploy designers and content specialists on-site to work round-the-clock to ensure timely execution.

- To meet these challenges, we deployed a highly efficient team of 8 designers, 3 content specialists, and 2 account heads, ensuring seamless execution across all deliverables. Our team was stationed at the GKVK campus to facilitate real-time feedback, manage approvals, and ensure timely production of designs.
- To showcase the scale and impact of the project, we produced an awe-inspiring drone video capturing the setup and transformation of the venue. This video highlighted the grandeur of the event and the meticulous branding that enveloped the campus, reflecting the importance of the 107th Indian Science Congress.
- Our designs were carefully aligned with PMO guidelines, ensuring compliance and maintaining the highest standards. Strategic placement of hoardings, banners, and signage across Bangalore enhanced the event’s visibility, creating a buzz throughout the city. Through meticulous planning, timely approvals, and real-time adjustments, we delivered a visually stunning and flawlessly executed branding experience that set a new benchmark for future events.
